REQUIREMENTS:

Navi Mumbai based company is looking to hire a male candidate for the role of Business Development Executive - Corporate Tie ups  for leading the institutional sales . The ideal candidate should have over 2-3 years of experience, young, energetic with a well established network in event management companies, party halls, wedding planners, advertising & entertainment industry etc. You should be eager to learn & ready to work in a team environment. Business Development Executive will have to establish recurring accounts with prospective clients, maintain client- vendor relationships, executive events from start to finish. Candidate should be self motivated, able to work independently in a start up environment who should be goal oriented. This position has a flexible work schedule where the individual will not be required to report to office everyday but rather setup & conduct prospective client meetings, secure accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Business Development, new client acquisition and corporate tie ups Work closely with supervisors and other members of the corporate partnership sales team Accomplish assignment with quality in TAT , importance of time, quality and targets. Understanding client needs & provide them satisfactory services Maintaining cordial relations with the clients and keeping regular follow ups Manage expense budget related to the implementation and execution of corporate partnerships Ensure that the appropriate monitoring, evaluation and reporting of corporate partnerships takes place in a timely manner. Submit weekly/monthly reports

SKILLS

Min 2 or more years of experience of professional corporate partnership sales Excellent communicator, creative thinker, solutions oriented, burning desire to succeed Ability to maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers Professional demeanor and client service orientation Excellent proposal and E-mail drafting skills Capability to close deal from start to end

The Marketing Manager is responsible for advocating the brand across social networks and fashion communities. The applicant has to create their own social persona and actively go out within the online fashion community to connect with potential users and advocate the brand. The manager is required to have a strong inclination towards fashion and a degree in marketing with an experience of atleast 3 years and above. Candidate should be self motivated, able to work independently in a start up environment who should be goal oriented. This position has a flexible work schedule where the individual will not be required to report to office everyday but rather setup & conduct prospective client meetings, secure accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Designing and roadmap for the year in line with the Company objectives, supervise the execution of these strategies to develop new business opportunities.
- Conceptualization of marketing strategy to meet the respective business objectives.
- Devising a marketing calender to identify the tactics as per the strategy.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future requirements.
- Identifying the mediums of communication for each campaign
- Conceptualization of the offers for the campaign.
