We pride ourselves at offering 100% customer satisfaction. Keeping that in mind we created return policy in way wherein we make sure you are happy with the product and the shopping experience!

It’s a 15 days free return policy which works in Three Stages : Alteration | Remake | Return. You need to raise the claim within 15 days of product delivery, if you are unhappy with the product and/ or it’s fit.

Here’s how it works :

Once you raise the complaint, we understand the reasons and then take one of the following action :

Alteration

Reasons: My product doesn’t fit so well | Need alteration in few areas to get the fit right.
Well, we are here to make it right.

What you need to do : You need to click few pictures of yourself wearing the outfit and send us an email at support@stylior.com

Our helpful stylists will analyze the issue and get in touch with you to guide you through the process and will take the right steps to get the product picked up from your address and process alteration.

We’ll send you an email with requisite steps to ship the product back to us and if the alteration is taking place because Stylior did NOT follow your measurements correctly (which were confirmed with you after receiving order) we credit the shipment cost to your Stylior Wallet which you can use for your next order.

Stylior ships the altered product in 5-7 working days and delivery time varies based on the location between 3-5 working days.

Remake

Reasons: My product fit is so wrong that minor alterations will not help. | I have received an incorrect product. | I have received a damaged product.

Can not do an alteration to make it perfect? No worries. We will remake the same outfit for you after our stylists get some details on the issues.

What you need to do :
You need to click few pictures of yourself wearing the outfit and send us an email at support@stylior.com

Our helpful stylists will analyze the issue and get in touch with you to guide you through the process and will take the right steps to get the product picked up from your address and process alteration.

We’ll send you an email with requisite steps to ship the product back to us and if the alteration is taking place because Stylior did NOT follow your measurements correctly (which were confirmed with you after receiving order) we credit the shipment cost to your Stylior Wallet which you can use for your next order.

Refund

Order is refunded if :
  • We can not alter the product to make it right.
  • You are still not happy with the Remake.
  • You are not happy with product/ fabric quality

What you need to do : In cases where you are not happy with Alteration/ Remake : You need to click few pictures of yourself wearing the outfit and send us an email at support@stylior.com

In cases where you received incorrect product and/ or you received a damaged product and/ or you are not happy with product quality : You need to click few pictures of product and send us an email at support@stylior.com

Full refund will only be availed if the product is in original condition with original tags, unworn and not misused. If any of the above conditions are not met the product will be sent back to the customer without refund.

Once refund is confirmed, order amount will be credited in your wallet, which you can use for your next order. In case of severe disputes, you can claim the amount to be deposited in your bank account. However, we recommend you to maintain refunds in your Stylior Wallet, as you will get many discount offers and other benefits which will be communicated on timely basis.

Products purchases with gift vouchers, get the refund in terms of gift voucher/s. Products purchased on promotion or part of a bundled offer, all items must be returned to receive a complete refund. Any items not returned will be charged at full price.
